Jacob Grier is the Lead Bartender at Metrovino. He previously ran the bar program at Carlyle restaurant and is a brand ambassador for Lucas Bols USA. He has written numerous articles about beer and cocktails, edited a cocktail recipe guide, and authors the website Liquidity Preference (www.jacobgrier.com). He is a co-founder of Brewing Up Cocktails, a collaborative series of events featuring beer cocktails. In addition to tending bar, he has worked as a barista, magician, balloon twister, and think tanker in Washington, DC.
